Andy has 16 years of experience at Wood Harbinger in a variety of roles technical and management roles. He started out as a CAD technician, then moved into roles as an electrical designer and our BIM Manager, and is now Director of Operations and serves on the firm's executive management committee. Andy has been instrumental in helping shape Wood Harbinger's operations through his strategic foresight and implementation of initiatives in process innovation and creating a performance culture. He brings a knack for change management and engaging others to help them grow and succeed.
