This three-story, 60-unit affordable housing project is part of the Sunset Area Transformation Plan, which seeks to revitalize a neighborhood of distressed public and WWII-era housing. The development features studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and ADA units and is conveniently located near transportation and grocery stories. Onsite amenities include parking, bike racks, and in-unit laundry. 23 units will be for families earning up to 40 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI), 19 for those earning up to 60 percent AMI, and 17 for those at 80 percent AMI.

Increasing housing capacity and affordability in the area is part of an effort to prevent displacing residents and families that are part of the "heritage of the neighborhood," according to King County Executive Dow Constantine.
