We have provided mechanical and electrical engineering consultation for a variety of projects at Skagit Valley College since 2019, building on our history with the college having designed the mechanical systems for Laura Angst Hall, Washington's first LEED Platinum certified higher education project, which opened in 2009.

Projects include an AHU replacement feasibility study for Roberts Data Center; direct digital control replacement for the Roberts and Ford Buildings; makeup AHU replacement at the Cardinal Center; and updates to the Old Main Building including exterior envelope repair, interior replacement of constricted hydronic heating pipes, and mechanical and electrical engineering for a new student coffee lounge in an existing building.
