After years of reliable performance at Harborview Medical Center, Northwest Hospital, and Valley Medical Center, we were awarded the on-call contract for electrical engineering for all of the University of Washington (UW) Medicine's facilities in 2019. This award was based on our proven record as the on-call electrical engineer at Harborview Medical Center since 2011, our position as a trusted partner in electrical engineering at Northwest Hospital since 2012, and Valley Medical Center's go-to electrical engineer since 2015.

At UW Medical Center, we function as an extension of their engineering staff. Our recent work includes collecting data for building electrical models and designing for phased construction in central sterile while maintaining operational capacity during construction.

Our electrical team knows Harborview Medical Center inside and out. With extensive systems knowledge and solid relationships with Harborview’s dedicated facilities engineers, we know how to design and work efficiently and economically in a coordinated manner that minimizes impact on the facility’s function and optimizes Harborview’s ability to provide exceptional patient care now and in the future. We have delivered on more than 100 task order projects as part of our on-call contract. Our engineers are a trusted extension of the Harborview team.

We have a history at UW Medical Center Northwest (formerly Northwest Hospital) as a partner to their facilities staff and contractors, including supporting infrastructure upgrades that address short-term needs while planning for long-term flexibility and expansion. Our team is known for finding creative solutions that maximize the capacity of their existing infrastructure while minimizing capital investment.

Our electrical team started working with Valley Medical Center (VMC) in 2015 and quickly became their preferred electrical engineer. After demonstrating our commitment to understanding their organization, creativity in developing thoughtful solutions, and consistency in providing quality design, they engaged our mechanical team to provide the same level of service in both disciplines. As their MEP partner, we have performed approximately 100 task order projects, including small space reconfigurations, new and remodeled clinics, new buildings, and campus infrastructure. In addition to design, we are also a trusted advisor in the planning process, helping to determine budgets as well as complex phasing schemes to maintain operations in sensitive and critical areas.
