2024 marked Wood Harbinger’s transition to its sixth generation of leadership. Last summer, we talked with Andy Brown and Courtney Montgomery, Wood Harbinger’s Vice President and Controller, to get their perspectives about their new roles and this next step in Wood Harbinger’s journey. This spring, we chatted with Sean Bollen, PE, our President/CEO. We asked him several of the same questions we asked Courtney and Andy, with a few new ones to find out more about his experiences in his first year steering the firm where he’s spent his entire career.
June 23rd is International Women in Engineering Day, celebrating the role of women in STEM and bringing awareness to career opportunities.
